What exactly will these workouts consist of?
Kick-butt Bootcampwill be at outdoor locations on Monday and Wednesday, and at the fitness studio on Friday:
Monday- an outdoor interval workout consisting of a combination of cardio and weight training
Wednesday- a cardio intensive workout through different terrains
Friday- an indoor studio workout focused on resistance training but will always vary in format to keep you interested and your muscles guessing.
Basic Bootcampwill consist of 1 all-terrain cardio workout outside on Wednesday, and 1 resistance-focused workout at the fitness studio on Friday.
Am I going to stick out if I am not in shape?
No way Jose!!We are an equal opportunity Bootcamp - everyone has an equal opportunity at maximizing their sexy! Our Bootcamp caters to men and women at all fitness levels. All workouts will be shown with progressions and regressions so a variety of fitness levels can benefit equally.
Am I going to be bored if I am in amazing shape?
Um....Nicky is a personal trainer whose training for her fitness competition involved daily workouts of 2 hours of cardio and another 2 hours of vein-popping weight training, all on a no-carb diet. LeAnn is a triathlete whose vocabulary doesn't include the word "can't" and who refers to a 90 mile long training bike ride as a "rest day". I think we might be able to throw a challenge or two your way.
What happens if I submit my payment for Bootcamp, but it is already full?
We will contact you and find out whether you want us to reserve your space for the next Bootcamp cycle. If not, we will send you back the payment.
If for some reason I have to quit Bootcamp after it has started, will I be refunded the cost?
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds at this time.

What can I expect on the first day?
The first day of Bootcamp is an information session at the Boca Hawaii studio where your Friday workouts will take place. It is also chance for these Wahines to meet you and find out a little bit about your goals. You will be given an information packet with addresses and maps of the locations, a liability waiver and fitness assessment to fill out, and, should you want to participate in the fitness challenge, a measurement and body-fat assessment that will be repeated on the last day of class.
What comes next? What do I need to bring?
The second day of Bootcamp will be at one of the outdoor locations outlined in your information packet. In addition to yo' sexy self, you will need to bring water and a beach towel. Please also come dressed to work! That means workout attire suited to being outside, and running shoes.
The last day of Bootcamp will always end at Boca Hawaii studio. It will start with updating measurements for anyone participating in the fitness challenge, followed by a half-hour abbreviated workout that will pack the same punch in less time!
Can you guarantee that I will see results from your Bootcamp?
We can guarantee you three things: If you come to class each day, you will see an improvement in your fitness level. You will always have two qualified and committed instructors dedicated to maximizing your sexy. And you will be getting a total body workout that covers aerobic and resistance training for maximum gains.
However, for goals like body fat loss and/or lean muscle mass gain, nutrition goes hand in hand with working out. Think about it: We can maximize your calorie burn for 1 hour of the day, but the remaining 23 are up to you. For the best results, we recommend making a commitment not just to us, but to lifestyle improvements in your nutritional habits. If you do this along with regularly attending Bootcamp, you will definitely get results!
